LEE YOONMI POSES WITH HER BABY DAUGHTER


On the 8th, popular singer/actress Lee Yoonmi uploaded sweet photos of her daughter, Ara during her busy schedule.
She wrote a message with the photo she uploaded onto Twitter, stating: ‘Took a photo with my Ara during shoots!’
In the photo, Lee Yoonmi and Ara can be seen with a flowery dress at a very romantic looking setting. Ara can be seen playing with a toy, evidently being a cute baby in front of the camera. Fans commented with, ‘Ara is getting more and more cuter every time I see her!’ ‘Ara should be lucky for having such a beautiful mother!’
This year, she is known for shooting the popular drama, Dream High, being cast a staff of Girin Art School.

CNBLUE chose After School’s UEE over IU




On April 7th, CNBLUE guested on SBS Power FM’s “Choi Ha Jung’s Power Time” and put their teamwork to the test by answering a series of questions that asked them to choose ‘A’ or ‘B’. Should they choose the same answer, they’d pass the round.
Hilariously, the boys failed to get it right when asked to choose between a ‘kiss and back hugs’ and ‘intellectual charm and ingenuous beauty’, but came to a concensus when asked to choose between ‘IUand After School’s UEE‘.
All four members had exclaimed, “UEE!
The group immediately expressed their surprise and stared at one another in awe while listeners enviously commented, “UEE must be happy.” When asked to choose between abs or a cute behind, the members all chose abs, rounding out their teamwork points to two.
Their interview transitioned onto the topic of their ideal women, to which Jonghyun replied, “Someone who’s fun to be with.” Jungshin added, “I’d like an older woman that has a higher mental age,” whileYonghwa stated, “A girl with clear eyes and long, straight hair.”
Minhyuk surprised the rest by replying, “I want to meet a variety of different women, but my ideal woman is gagwoman Song Euni.”

According to the Wonder Girls’ official Twitter account, the legendary Korean girl group will be in Malaysia, April 8th!
Recently, the Wonder Girls have been busy traveling. Not too long ago they were in Hong Kong for theLove Beyond Borders concert, and now they will be headed over to Malaysia.

Teen Top Plays an April Fool's Day Prank


The idol group Teen Top got into the spirit of April Fools' Day by playing a prank on their fans by releasing a fake concept photo on their homepage.
In spirit of the April 1st holiday, Teen Top played a rather clever joke upon their fans.
On their official homepage, the group released an image entitled "Bellboy: May I Help You?" which they claimed to be their new concept. In their supposed "new concept" image, the boys are seen wearing black suits and standing before a rainbow background.
Fans became considerably excited, believing the image to truly be a teaser for their new release. But even after the hoax was revealed, fans' reactions were overwhelmingly positive. Fans left comments such as "Their group name is not TEEN TOP, it's Bellboys," "Their new concept is Magic Boys?," and "The password on the bottom of the photo must have another secret meaning."

2PM Greets their Japanese Fans


During their stay in Japan, the beastly idol group 2PM recorded a video greeting for their new fans, demonstrating their Japanese language skills.
During their first stay in Japan, the beastly idol group, 2PM, recorded a rather charming video greeting through Japan's Amazon.com. In the video, you can hear the boys' impressive Japanese skills, which, perhaps, will contribute obtaining to the large fan base they are sure attract following their Japanese debut in the near future.

Yangpa makes her comeback on Inkigayo


After a long four year hiatus, female soloist Yangpa finally makes her return to the Inkigayo stage.
Having released her mini album, “Elegy Nouveau“, earlier this week, Yangpa has certainly not lost her touch with her traditional ballad style delivery.
Her title track, “It Hurts“, is a sorrowful track which blends the sounds of piano melodies and string instruments to express the pain of a woman who refuses to let her past love go.
Besides her title track, she also performed her medium-tempo track, “It Should Be You.”

Orange Caramel returns with ‘Bangkok City’ on Inkigayo


After their last two cute concept songs, the Orange Caramel girls are back with their new digital single, ‘Bangkok City‘, and they have begun their comeback promotions on SBS’s Inkigayo tonight.
They’ve gone for a funky yet fantasy-like concept this time, paired with over-the-top hairstyles and exciting colors that definitely sets them apart from their previous concepts. ''Bangkok City” itself features a strong club rhythm that combines analog emotions with electronic sounds for an addictive mix-and-match track.
Written by poet Won Tae Hyun, lyrics like “One man’s eyes shake, 11 times in a second, shake shake / This kiss calls out to you tonight,” express the modern growth the girls have undergone for this concept. “Bangkok City” is the first of many ‘Asian city themes’ to come for this global project group.

U-KISS comes back at ‘0330′ on Inkigayo



Having gone through member changes and a new concept, the U-KISS boys are finally back with their brand new 5th mini album, and are also returning to the Inkigayo stage.
Their new title song, “0330“, stands for 3:30 AM – a time of restlessness for those who have yet to fall asleep. It tells the story of a man who is unable to sleep after breaking up with his girlfriend. His grieving heart is expressed soulfully through the song’s soft lyrics and melody.
Check out their slick comeback performance which also includes “Everyday!”

IU reveals that she has lost 10kg since her pre-debut days

On April 2nd, singer IU guested on MBC TV’s “Quiz to Change the World“. During the recording, she revealed her weight change since her pre-debut days.
MC Park Mi Sun started off by stating, “IU is very popular amongst idol members” - noting that many have even picked IU as their ideal type.
To this, IU sadly replied, “Maybe it’s because of that, but in reality, not one person has contacted me.”Park Mi Sun made a clever metaphor, “There’s usually nothing to eat at a famous banqueting house” – drawing laughter from the guests.
Just then, singer Hong Seo Bum interjected, “You have to watch out for Sul Woon Do.” To which Sul Woon Do wittily replied, “She’s not my ideal type” – causing the whole studio to burst out in laughter.
Besides this, IU also drew attention as she revealed that she lost 10kg since her debut. Because of her busy schedule, her wight loss came naturally. When she began to receive compliments about becoming more womanly, she shyly replied, “I lost of lot of baby fat.”
Meanwhile, 2PM’s JunhoNichkhun, and Chansung5dolls‘ Chanmi and Eungyo; and comedian Ji Sang Ryul also guested for this episode.

5dolls promotes safe driving with the “Traffic Safety Song” on Inkigayo


5dolls has received the baton for the “Traffic Safety Song,” a collaborative campaign between SBS’s “Inkigayo” and the Korean Transporation Safety Authority in promotion of safe driving and environment protection.
The girls showed much determination in delivering the meaningful message of the campaign by coming up with their own choreography for the song, so check out their music video below!

ZE:A’s Siwan awes with his transformation into a lovely lady


On April 2nd, ZE:A’s Siwan guested on KBS 2TV’s “100 Points out of 100” and put the studio in awe with his feminine charms.
Siwan was forced to cross-dress as senior singer Ha Soo Bin as a penalty for his team’s loss. 
Wearing a white one-piece and large sun hat, his transformation rendered the studio unable to take their eyes off of his “innocent beauty.”
It wasn’t for long though, as he immediately busted out into more masculine moves that ensued laughter from the crowd. Despite his performance, Kim Shin Young enviously commented, “I want to be born with that face too!”

Orange Caramel's "Bangkok City" Outfits Are Too Hot To Handle?


Dropping their cute image for a new wilder side, After School subunit group Orange Caramel's costumes are drawing interest for all the wrong reasons.
From Nana's corset to her tights, to Lizzy's visible bra, Orange Caramel's outfits have been criticized for being too sexual.
One netizen said "Lizzy outfits is so embarrassing. Why is she wearing those clothes?" and another wrote "This is for publicity, but still it's embarrassing."
Pledis Entertainment defended the outfits by responding, “We tried to capture Orange Caramel’s many charms by setting the music video in a funky club, so we hope you see their outfits as part of fashion.”
Are netizens right in their criticism or are Orange's Caramel outfits not that big of a deal?

The members of Dal★shabet had a cute interview on Pops in Seoul.
Pops in Seoul has great interviews and the best thing is that they always share them with english subs.
This time Dal★shabet visited the set and talked about the origin of the group's name and also introduced the songs on their album. The members shared some secret and unknown facts on this interview.
Ka Eun was not able to be part of the show since she suffered a knee injury and was at the hospital.

Jay Park attends his second “dENiZEN” fan signing


On April 3rd, singer Jay Park held his second “dENiZEN” fan signing outside of the Hyundai Mall at 1 PM KST.
Jay Park was first chosen as dENiZEN’s new model back in fall of 2010 and has been active in events for both his fans and the brand’s consumers. In an effort to repay all of the love he’s received, he opened a fan signing on this day that garnered over 200 fans.
Fans were reportedly delighted with being able to see different sides to the star that are otherwise unseen of in TV programs, and fawned over his innocent charisma.
Jay Park will also be returning with a new album this month.
